Penny Chan

Penny is the CEO of ELL Environmental Holding Limited, a HK listed company focusing on water treatment infrastructure. Penny is also the member of Fujian Provincial Committee of the CPPCC.

Penny has a strong sense of community and he is passionate on giving. He is generous on volunteering his help to his communities. He serves as the 11th Chairman of Hong Kong Minxi Association and board member of Salesian English School, his alma mater.

Penny graduated from Iowa State University, with B.S. in Computer Science.
